Rent And Debt Collection
FCP is a registered Debt Collector authorised by the Council for Debt Collectors to recover debts owed to our clients through various means including email, phone calls, or in-person interactions. Additionally, we have the capacity to provide documentation and secure an acknowledgment of debt from the debtor, consequently minimising the risk for our clients.
Brokering And Letting
We offer a comprehensive brokering service to property owners, considering the varying needs of landlords and tenants in the properties under our management. As Managing Agents, we possess a keen understanding of each property's unique attributes and deficiencies, enabling us to enhance the tenant mix tailored to individual property requirements and secure the most suitable tenants. This strategic approach significantly contributes to the enduring viability of the property.
Securing tenants that align with a property's characteristics marks a pivotal initial stage in the leasing process. Subsequently, stringent reference and credit assessments are conducted on all potential tenants to mitigate the risk of disruptive or non-compliant occupants.
To facilitate this process, FCP collaborates with reputable and prominent credit and tenant bureaus, such as the Tenant Profile Network (TPN) and the TransUnion Credit Bureau (ITC).
Bookkeeping
In addition to bespoke property management services, we offer a bookkeeping service to our clients furnishing them with financial statements up to the Trial Balance along with the standard monthly property reports which include but are not limited to the Rent Roll and Income & Expense Statement.
